This worksheet helps reduce rumination, anxiety, and overwhelm while studying.
The goal is not perfection—it is to reset your nervous system and refocus.
Before Reset
Anxiety (0–5):Rumination (0–5):
Step 1: Thought Awareness
Step 2: Repetitive Behavior Tracking
Step 3: Focus Reset
Set timer for 2.5 minutes → then breathe and say:"I need to focus. This is normal."
Step 4: Peripheral Vision
Step 5: Breathing
Step 6: Intentional Worry
Worry for 1 minute → STOP → Breathe"I deserve rewards. Things usually get resolved."
