Personalized Daily / Weekly Symptom Monitoring
Jennifer's Comprehensive Symptom Tracking Dashboard
Tracks menopause symptoms, pain, anxiety, sleep, motivation, anhedonia, edema, finger arthritic symptoms, bowel and stomach symptoms, hypothyroid-type symptoms, and ADHD/executive functioning. The goal is to identify patterns across systems without assuming one symptom has only one cause.
