Scoreable physical and psychological symptom tracker for iron deficiency, anemia, and infusion progress
Low Iron, Anemia, and Symptom Tracking
This worksheet was created specifically to track physical, cognitive, emotional, and functional symptoms related to long-standing low iron and anemia while she receives iron infusions. Low iron can affect oxygen delivery, energy production, sleep quality, dopamine and serotonin functioning, stress tolerance, mood, anxiety, attention, and cognitive clarity. Tracking symptoms over time can help clarify which symptoms improve as iron levels are corrected and which symptoms may need additional clinical attention.
