Narcissistic Assessment
This checklist is a self-report, observational screening tool designed to help identify patterns of behavior commonly associated with narcissistic traits and narcissistic abuse dynamics. The assessment works by allowing individuals to mark observable behaviors, relational patterns, and emotional responses that tend to emerge consistently over time in interpersonal interactions. Because narcissistic traits are expressed primarily through repeated, external behaviors—such as manipulation, lack of accountability, control, and inconsistent empathy—they can often be identified through careful observation rather than self-disclosure. When these behaviors appear across settings and persist despite feedback or consequences, they provide meaningful indicators of underlying personality traits.
