5. History of self-harm, suicidal threats, suicidal behavior, or recurring crisis-level urges.
6. Moods shift rapidly and intensely in response to interpersonal stress.
7. Frequent feelings of emptiness, numbness, or not knowing who you are.
8. Anger feels intense, hard to control, or followed by shame/regret.
