Trauma Recovery Progress Tracker | PTSD & Complex PTSD Healing Worksheet
Trauma Recovery Progress Tracker
A trauma-informed, printable worksheet designed to track emotional regulation, nervous system stabilization, trauma recovery progress, PTSD and Complex PTSD symptom improvement, grounding effectiveness, attachment healing, emotional safety, and resilience-building over time.
Psychoeducation: Tracking Trauma Recovery
Trauma recovery is often gradual and non-linear. Many individuals focus primarily on emotional setbacks, triggers, or nervous system activation while unintentionally overlooking meaningful signs of healing and resilience. Tracking progress can help increase awareness of nervous system improvements, emotional regulation growth, healthier coping skills, emotional flexibility, and reduced trauma activation over time.
Recovery does not mean eliminating all emotional reactions. Healing often involves developing greater emotional awareness, improving grounding skills, shortening recovery time after triggers, strengthening boundaries, increasing emotional safety, improving self-compassion, and helping the nervous system gradually recognize present-day safety.
